The guest should show
any valid credentials when you check-in. All the hotel guests
shall register first at the Front Desk in the lobby.
Money, valuable items and important documents that guests
bring with should be put in the deposit box at the Front Desk
that is free of charge.
The checkout is handled at the cashier's of the Front Desk.
The time for checkout is before 12:00 at noon.
The guest should get advance information on the Room Rate
includes when you check-in.
Gambling, prostitution and other actions that break the Chinese
Laws are forbidden in the hotel rooms.
Combustibles, dynamite, drugs, poison and radioactive materials
are not allowed to bring in the hotel room.
According to the rules of the Public Security Bureau, guests
can not have another guest of the night or sublet the room himself
before registering at the Front Desk.
Alcohol burner, electric heater are not allowed to use in
the hotel rooms, and do not burn firecracker. Any damages to
the room will be responsibility of the guest.
Visitor must register at the floor service counter and leave
the room before 23:00.
Without being accompanied by hotel guests or visitors are
not allowed to enter the guest’s rooms.
If guests or visitors damage articles or equipment in the
hotel or room, the hotel has right to ask for repayment.
No pets in the hotel.
If a guest is ill, the Assistant Manager should be notified
immediately. Please contact Ext.1.
For room security and safekeeping, please deposit your room
key at the reception when you are out.
You will be charged half of the rate more on extension if
you return the room between 12:00 and 18:00,a whole day's rent
will be charged after 18:00.
The guest should tell the Front Desk in advance, if you can
not return to your room according to the plan.
No personal cheques in the hotel.
The hotel accept most of credit cards. e.g.Dragon Card,Great
wall Card,Kins (Golden Cereal)Card, JCB Card, American Express
and Diners Club. |
